Getting In Shape

There are many different ways to look at fitness, the first is to know what your looking for in fitness, whether its just being able to run a mile without gasping for air or able to do a full triathlon. So the big question to ask yourself is what does fitness mean to you?
For me it means to not only be physically in tuned with my body, but also be mentally in tuned with my body, pushing my body to different extremes in order to see maximum results. I know i want the best physique my body will allow me, but also know that it won't come over night! it takes years of hard work, and i will be able to do so because my mind is in tune with my body telling me to focus and set that goal I have for myself. Exercise has not only brought me confidence, but has also brought me my career as a Fitness Professional and Fitness Model. I plan to take both Fitness Training and Fitness Modeling to the best of my potential and will continue with them for the rest of my life. Where does it end? I hear this question oh to often, I quickly come back with the question why would it ever end? Fitness should be a lifestyle take it as serious as eating, making sure your body has it in order to operate. Don't give yourself excuses! you know that you have a hour to workout at least 3 times a week, so don't tell yourself you don't have enough time for fitness, because your automatically saying you don't have enough time for yourself, make it a priority to exercise whether it maybe only a 30 minute run or a full hour of intense weight training, it's all good and your body will greatly appreciate it.
