I am excited to say I will be doing an appearance on The Gregory Mantell Show September the 14th. he's going to be interviewing me for of course fitness and how its been as a fitness model also fr my future as an actor. The show will be recorded on the 14th and still don't have further notice to when it will be aired on television, but will post it when I find out.
Another good Fitness fact is to remember that it takes 20 minutes for the fat calories to actually start burning doing a workout. For best results do a 5 minute warm up and go straight to weight/resistance training (which should take no longer than 45 minutes to complete) from there end your awesome workout with a 15-20 minutes a cardio. Whether your cardio be an elliptical, treadmill, StairMaster Etc.
